Job Club

A Job Club is a structured program that assists individuals with disabilities to receive support and ongoing assistance while looking for employment. The MPFA Job Club meets twice a week for two hours each.

Each meeting has three segments:
1) Introductions and individual updates by clients on their recent job search activity
2) An interactive lesson that teaches job search skills
3) One-on-one assistance to clients and the use of resources such as computers and telephones and job listings.

MPFA has been running Job Clubs in conjunction with the State Vocational Rehabilitation Division since 1999.
