McCauley Potter Fain Associates is a private vocational rehabilitation firm formed in 1995 to provide vocational services to injured and disabled workers.  We have staff certified in Oregon and Washington to provide services to self-insured employers, Workers' Compensation insurers, third-party administrators, and governmental agencies throughout the region.   Our expertise in Workers' Compensation is well-regarded in the community and we provide the full-range of vocational services from early return to work to training plan develoment and job placement. 
McCauley Potter Fain Associates also provides a myriad of services to the State of Oregon Office of Vocational Rehabilitation Services.  We pioneered the development of adult and youth job clubs in the Portland metro area, and currently assist OVRS clients and staff with job clubs, job preparation, job development, job coaching, and vocational evaluation
